Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or related field.
Certification in AutoDesk Civil 3D or BIM (Building Information Modelling) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Civil 3D modelling and HVAC BIM design.
Experience with infrastructure or building projects in Qatar preferred.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Create 3D BIM models for civil and mechanical (HVAC) systems.
Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for design accuracy.
Prepare detailed layout and section drawings for construction.
Proficient in AutoDesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD levels, and documentation procedures.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
Transferable Visa with NOC is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Immediate joining preferred.
Candidates with Qatar project experience will be prioritized.
