Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Certification in Quality Control / Assurance (QA/QC) preferred for QA/QC Inspectors.
Quantity Surveying certification preferred for QS Inspectors.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil inspection, quality assurance, or quantity surveying.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
QA/QC Inspector: Conduct quality inspections, verify materials and workmanship, ensure compliance with project specifications, and prepare inspection reports.
QS (Quantity Surveyor): Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and progress payment documentation.
Review project drawings, test results, and ensure site quality compliance.
Familiarity with QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) and international quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QA/QC documentation software.
Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
Must have a Transferable Visa / NOC.
Immediate joining preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
