Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Occupational Health & Safety.
Must have valid NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification.
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles in construction or oil & gas industries.
For Manager-level, at least 10–12 years experience in leading HSE operations.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and site safety plans.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
Must have a Transferable Visa / NOC.
Immediate joining preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety training for site personnel.
Ensure compliance with Qatar’s safety standards and international regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
