Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, MEP, or Architectural).
Certification in BIM / Revit Modelling preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 3D BIM models for design, coordination, and construction.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts through model coordination.
Prepare clash detection reports using BIM tools.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
Familiarity with LOD (Level of Development) standards and BIM documentation.
Strong understanding of MEP and Civil coordination drawings.
Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
Must have a Transferable Visa / NOC.
Immediate joining preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
