The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the firm’s consulting and auditing services portfolio within the Qatari market. The role requires strong experience in the consulting and auditing field, as well as deep understanding of market trends and client engagement strategies.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
Identify potential clients and generate leads within the consulting and auditing sector.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal audit and consulting teams to design tailored service proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
Conduct presentations, client meetings, and business negotiations.
Ensure alignment between business development strategies and the firm’s overall objectives.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and client acquisition strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are an added advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Consulting, Auditing, or Financial Services industry.
Prior experience in Qatar or the GCC region is preferred.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business growth, and partnership development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong financial and analytical understanding of auditing and consulting services.
Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
Candidates must be currently based in Doha, Qatar.
Must have a valid Qatar ID and transferable visa.
