Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Operation & Maintenance, including 7 years in a senior position (Healthcare Facility preferred)
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
Excellent planning and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage all operational aspects of the facility.
Oversee budgeting, manpower deployment, and maintenance performance.
All candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
