The Steel Plate Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, bending, and assembling metal plates for various structures and components used in Oil & Gas projects. The candidate should be skilled in layout, marking, and assembly according to fabrication drawings.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings to prepare steel plates.
Perform cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal parts using manual and power tools.
Carry out grinding, drilling, and fitting operations.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality control in fabrication works.
Maintain work area cleanliness and safety standards.
Diploma or Trade Certificate in Fabrication / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Steel Plate Fabricator in Oil & Gas fabrication workshops or projects.
Proficiency in metal cutting, layout, and measuring tools.
Strong knowledge of plate fabrication, welding joint preparation, and material handling.
Teamwork and attention to detail.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid transferable visa.
Immediate joining preferred.
Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects is mandatory.
