The Civil Finishing Foreman will oversee and manage all finishing works on construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. The role involves supervising finishing teams, coordinating with site engineers and subcontractors, monitoring material usage, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling, joinery, and other interior/exterior finishes.
Ensure that all finishing work meets project specifications, quality standards, and design requirements.
Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Inspect ongoing work and completed tasks to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
Prepare daily progress reports and update site management on work status.
Ensure that all site activities are conducted in compliance with Qatar HSE regulations.
Resolve on-site technical and manpower issues promptly.
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
Higher qualifications in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil finishing supervision within the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing finishing works on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects in Qatar or the GCC.
Strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and safety practices.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office and site reporting tools).
Must have a transferable visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Immediate joining is preferred.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
