The Project/Purchase Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all project-related procurement and supply chain activities. The role involves managing vendor relationships, sourcing materials, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites. The candidate must have excellent communication and coordination skills and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to determine material requirements.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
Track delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing data.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams for material movement and inventory control.
Support in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or project coordination (preferably in contracting or trading sectors in Qatar).
Excellent knowledge of procurement and supply chain procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
Local candidates only (within Qatar).
Valid QID and NOC are mandatory.
