The Showroom Sales/Cashier will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, handling sales transactions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, possess a friendly personality, and have prior experience in retail sales or cashier operations.
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Handle cash, card, and online payments efficiently.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the management.
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or cashier operations, preferably in trading or hardware/electrical showrooms in Qatar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of POS and billing systems.
Attention to detail and basic math skills for cash handling.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-oriented approach.
Arabic nationals preferred.
