Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and valuations.
Manage variations, claims, and sub-contractor payments.
Support tendering and commercial activities.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
