Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or Finance-related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control within MEP or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses.
Ensure cost efficiency and coordinate with procurement and planning teams.
Skills Required:
Strong command of cost control systems, budgeting tools, and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
