Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP estimation within construction or contracting companies in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for MEP projects.
Evaluate project drawings, technical specifications, and material requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
Support the project and procurement teams with value engineering and cost analysis.
Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and pricing.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
