Company Overview:
A well-established industrial company in Qatar dealing with oil and gas products, mechanical equipment, and industrial aftermarket solutions is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join their growing team. The company focuses on delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products to major clients in Qatar’s industrial and energy sectors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical discipline) or Sales/Marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
Additional certification or training in Sales Management or Industrial Product Marketing will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the industrial/mechanical aftermarket or oil & gas sector.
Hands-on experience in handling technical sales, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts within Qatar or the GCC region.
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships in the industrial and oil & gas sectors.
Promote and sell a wide range of mechanical and industrial products in accordance with company sales strategies.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the industrial aftermarket sector.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Excellent technical understanding of industrial or oil & gas equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals under pressure.
Good presentation and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients at various levels.
Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
