Location: Doha , Qatar
Qualification:
B.Sc., Diploma, or ITI Certificate in Plastics Processing, Extrusion Technology, or a related field from a recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working in plastic film production lines, preferably in:
Cast Film Lines
BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) Lines
BOPET (Biaxially Oriented Polyester) Lines
Job Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and control plastic extrusion and film production lines during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth and efficient production processes while maintaining quality standards.
Perform routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and adjustments to optimize performance.
Monitor raw material usage and report deviations to the Production Supervisor.
Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.
Adhere to factory safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Support maintenance activities and assist in preventive maintenance when required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of plastic processing and extrusion operations.
Ability to operate and maintain Cast Film, BOPP, or BOPET machines.
Good understanding of production quality control and machine troubleshooting.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle shift-based operations efficiently.
Preferred Attributes:
Candidates with prior experience in film extrusion or plastic manufacturing industries will be given preference.
Locally available candidates with a transferable visa are highly preferred.
