Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Safety Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of total experience in the Oil & Gas / Industrial sector.
At least 10 years of experience supervising safety activities during project or maintenance works.
Minimum 5 years of specific experience in Tank Rehabilitation Projects as an HSE Coordinator.
Must have handled at least 3 Tank Rehabilitation projects independently.
Certifications (Mandatory):
NEBOSH / IOSH Certification.
Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management.
RSP (Registered Safety Professional) Certification.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and risk assessments.
Experience in implementing safety management systems.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
