A well-established and reputed company in Qatar, operating in the hospitality and facility management sector, is urgently seeking a Laundry Supervisor. The company provides professional housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services to leading hotels, hospitals, and corporate clients across Qatar.
Laundry Supervisor – 1 No.
The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily laundry operations, ensuring high-quality washing, pressing, and finishing services, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and overseeing a team of laundry attendants.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
Inspect laundry processes to maintain quality and ensure proper handling of fabrics and linens.
Manage laundry staff schedules, training, and performance.
Monitor chemical usage, inventory levels, and machine maintenance.
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company policy.
Ensure prompt service and compliance with hotel/hospital requirements.
Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Education: Minimum Plus Two (12th Grade) / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in laundry operations within hotels or hospitals.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Technical Skills:
Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
Knowledge of modern laundry equipment and chemicals.
Age: Below 35 years.
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Other Requirements:
Candidates currently in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC will be given preference.
