Job Description:
Lead BIM strategy, modeling standards, and project coordination across all disciplines.
Supervise BIM teams and ensure model accuracy and data consistency.
Collaborate with design and construction teams for model-based coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
5+ years of BIM management experience; façade or precast background preferred.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
Minimum 3 years of experience in façade / precast / steel projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar or KSA depending on project needs.
