Job Description:
The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mechanical installation works, including firefighting systems, plumbing networks, and HVAC (Air Conditioning) systems at construction sites. The candidate will manage a team of technicians, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute the installation and maintenance of firefighting systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Interpret and implement mechanical drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare daily reports and monitor manpower and materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing Technology.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects.
Experience in firefighting and HVAC installation is essential.
Strong leadership and site management skills.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and safety practices preferred.
