Job Description:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments.
Handle office correspondence and maintain records.
Coordinate with departments for administrative support.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles.
Valid Qatar ID (QID).
NOC (No Objection Certificate) required.
Must be locally available in Qatar.
