Job Description:
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications effectively.
Resolve client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain customer records and follow up on feedback.
Support the sales and operations team when required.
Qualification & Skills:
Valid Qatar ID (QID).
NOC (No Objection Certificate) required.
Must be locally available in Qatar.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and customer support software.
Strong problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
