Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications effectively.

  • Resolve client queries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain customer records and follow up on feedback.

  • Support the sales and operations team when required.

Qualification & Skills:


Additional Requirements (For All Positions):

  • Valid Qatar ID (QID).

  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) required.

  • Must be locally available in Qatar.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and customer support software.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
