Job Description:
Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support between project teams, consultants, and clients. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination (engineering or construction field preferred).
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and document control systems.
Knowledge of Qatar documentation and tendering processes is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple project timelines.
Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and document control ability.
