Job Description:
The Project Site Coordinator will oversee daily site operations, coordinate between teams, and ensure smooth execution of MEP and fit-out activities as per project schedules and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate site activities among engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Monitor daily progress and prepare reports for management.
Arrange materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
Ensure site safety compliance and proper execution of works.
Communicate with clients and consultants for work updates and inspections.
Support project engineers in resolving site issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site coordination for MEP and interior fit-out projects in GCC.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred; transferable visa and NOC required.
All applicants must have 3–5 years of relevant GCC experience in their respective fields.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Excellent English communication and computer skills required.
Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
