Job Description:
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing all project-related documents, drawings, correspondence, and records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and control all project documentation, including drawings, submittals, and correspondences.
Create and manage document logs for easy retrieval and tracking.
Ensure that all documentation complies with ISO and client requirements.
Support project engineers and managers with document submissions and updates.
Archive and protect confidential company documents and project records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in document control within construction, MEP, or fit-out projects in GCC.
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and document management systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Locally available candidates with transferable visa preferred.
All applicants must have 3–5 years of relevant GCC experience in their respective fields.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Excellent English communication and computer skills required.
Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
