Job Description:
The Procurement Officer will manage purchasing activities for MEP and fit-out materials, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with company and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and procure materials, equipment, and services for MEP projects.
Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate best prices and terms.
Maintain supplier database and ensure procurement compliance.
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for material requests and delivery.
Prepare purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.
Ensure timely procurement to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the GCC, preferably in MEP and Fit-Out projects.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
All applicants must have 3–5 years of relevant GCC experience in their respective fields.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Excellent English communication and computer skills required.
Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
