Job Description:
The Architectural Engineer will oversee design, planning, and coordination of architectural aspects of building projects to ensure design integrity, functionality, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design issues.
Ensure design compliance with local building codes and standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure architectural finishes meet quality standards.
Provide technical support during construction and handover stages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelorās Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar in architectural design and site supervision.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and detailing.
Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred; NOC and transferable visa required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Qatar in relevant positions.
Transferable visa with NOC is mandatory.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
