Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
Monitor project costs and maintain updated cost reports.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate rates.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Support project managers in cost control and value engineering exercises.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelorās Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of measurement standards, BOQ preparation, and cost management.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must have transferable visa with NOC.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Qatar in relevant positions.

Immediate availability will be an advantage.
