Job Description:
The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) shop drawings and coordination layouts for fit-out and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD based on design and site conditions.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and interior design teams.
Update drawings as per site modifications and consultant comments.
Maintain and manage drawing records and revisions.
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar as an MEP Draftsman in fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
NOC and transferable visa required.
Minimum 5 years of local (Qatar) experience in the relevant field.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Candidates must be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
