Job Description:
The Fit-Out Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for supervising and executing interior fit-out works, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage site activities and ensure that all fit-out works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Attend client meetings and address technical issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of local experience in Qatar in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License.
Transferable visa with NOC is required.
Minimum 5 years of local (Qatar) experience in the relevant field.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Candidates must be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
