Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s fit-out and interior design services to generate consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and interior fit-out sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver company presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Coordinate with the project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of local experience in Qatar within the fit-out, interior design, or construction sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent network in the Qatari market.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of local (Qatar) experience in the relevant field.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Candidates must be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
