Job Description:
The company is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its ongoing 400KV Substation Projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all civil engineering aspects of the project, including design review, site supervision, coordination with contractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards as per project specifications.
Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized university.
Experience Required:
-
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in 400KV Substation Projects or similar high-voltage infrastructure projects.

Prior experience in GCC countries (preferably Bahrain or nearby regions) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil construction activities related to substation projects.

Review technical drawings, structural designs, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and design teams for project alignment.

Ensure all construction works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with project management.

Manage subcontractors and monitor site work progress efficiently.
Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil and structural works in electrical substation construction (400KV).

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other civil design and analysis tools.

Excellent project management, site supervision, and coordination skills.

Knowledge of international construction standards and safety regulations.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:

Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Should have a valid passport and be willing to relocate to Bahrain.
