Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the facility management sector.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain vendor database and purchasing records.
Knowledge of facility maintenance materials and MEP components.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
