A leading and specialized fashion workshop based in Al-Sadd, Doha, is urgently seeking a multi-talented professional who is both an expert graphic designer and a skilled sewing/embroidery machine operator. The company focuses on producing high-quality customized embroidery and fashion designs using the latest technologies and equipment.
The Sewing & Embroidery Machine Expert will be responsible for handling computerized embroidery operations, graphic design creation for embroidery patterns, and the maintenance and troubleshooting of embroidery machines. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative skills.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in creating digital embroidery designs and patterns using relevant software such as:
Wilcom, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar applications.
Proven expertise in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining various types of industrial and computerized sewing and embroidery machines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in embroidery or garment production settings.
Must possess strong knowledge of color combinations, stitching types, and fabric compatibility.
Strong technical knowledge of computerized embroidery systems and machine maintenance.
Excellent skills in digital design and embroidery software.
Ability to multitask between design creation, embroidery operation, and finishing work.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and precision.
Good command of English language (spoken and written) for communication and instructions.
Teamwork and time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
