Qualification:

• Diploma or Graduate Engineer

Experience:

• 8–10 years (minimum 5 years GCC experience) in building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scaffolding design, erection, and dismantling operations.

• Ensure compliance with international safety standards.

• Train workers in scaffolding safety and maintenance.

• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures regularly.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of scaffolding materials and load calculations.

• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

• Ability to lead and supervise teams on site.
