Qualification:

• B.Arch / M.Arch / M.Tech (Structural)

Experience:

• 10–15 years (minimum 5 years GCC experience) in multi-storey or high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between design consultants and construction teams.

• Review and verify architectural and structural drawings.

• Manage design changes and technical documentation.

• Ensure design accuracy and compliance with local codes.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of structural and architectural design.

• Excellent drawing interpretation and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
