Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech (Civil)

Experience:

• 10–15 years (minimum 5 years GCC experience) in building construction procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and purchasing project materials.

• Negotiating with suppliers for competitive pricing.

• Ensuring timely material delivery to avoid project delays.

• Preparing comparative statements and vendor evaluations.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of construction materials and market suppliers.

• Proficiency in ERP or procurement management software.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
