Ref No. SP03 – Planning Sr. Engineer (3 Nos)

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech (Civil)

• Primavera / CCP / NICMAR certification preferred.

Experience:

• 10–15 years (minimum 5 years GCC experience) in high-rise or multi-storey projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules.

• Coordinate with design and construction teams for time-bound completion.

• Analyze project delays and suggest corrective measures.

• Prepare progress and resource utilization reports.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Primavera (P6) and project scheduling tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of cost and time control methodologies.

Explanation:

Planning Engineers are the timekeepers of the project. They ensure that all construction activities follow the planned schedule and budget, avoiding cost overruns or delays.
