Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Civil)
Construction Manager: 10–12 years of experience (minimum 5 years GCC experience).
Project Engineer: 5–8 years of experience (minimum 3 years GCC experience).
Both roles must have a strong background in high-rise building or villa projects.
Supervise day-to-day site activities and progress.
Manage manpower, materials, and scheduling.
Ensure construction works meet specifications and timelines.
Coordinate between design, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple site operations efficiently.
Construction Managers ensure that the site operations run smoothly, while Project Engineers handle the technical execution and quality aspects, ensuring the design and structure are implemented accurately.
