Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Civil)
Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in Villas or Multi-Storey High-Rise Building projects.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the GCC region.
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution.
Oversee cost, quality, and time parameters of the project.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Ensure project adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
In-depth knowledge of modern construction methodologies, technology, and building standards.
