Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Master’s Degree or professional certification (e.g., CILT, PMP) will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain management.
Proven background in managing logistics teams, route planning, and delivery coordination.
Experience in delivery or courier service companies in Qatar or the Gulf region is preferred.
Oversee and manage daily logistics and delivery operations.
Plan and implement cost-effective transportation strategies.
Monitor rider performance, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and route optimization software.
Valid QID and transferable visa.
Must be available to join immediately.
