A well-established and reputed company in Qatar is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer / Supervisor to join its project team. The company specializes in civil and infrastructure works, delivering high-quality construction projects across the region.
The Site Engineer / Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring work quality, progress, and safety compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks related to project execution, supervision, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.
Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to achieve project timelines.
Inspect and verify materials, workmanship, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize productivity.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and local regulations.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
License: Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
Visa Status: Must have a Transferable Visa with NOC.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor in civil construction projects.
Proven track record of site management and coordination in Qatar or the GCC region.
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Strong technical and analytical skills in civil construction.
Good understanding of project drawings, material specifications, and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English (Arabic language skills will be an advantage).
