The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and lead the sales team toward achieving targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in trading or contracting.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
