The Doha Group, a reputed organization in Qatar, is seeking a professional and highly organized Female Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the Chairman/CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, scheduling, coordination, and confidential documentation, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office.
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman/CEO.
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Handle and prioritize incoming communications, correspondence, and reports.
Prepare high-quality presentations, meeting minutes, and confidential documents.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
Organize and manage meetings, events, and other official engagements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant role supporting top management or C-level executives.

Excellent command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
