Job Description:

The Customer Care Executive / Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing service calls, promoting company services, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Manage service requests, complaints, and order tracking.

  • Promote products and services to potential customers.

  • Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback.

  • Support the sales and operations teams with customer coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling (preferably in Qatar).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and call-handling systems.

  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
