The Customer Care Executive / Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing service calls, promoting company services, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Manage service requests, complaints, and order tracking.
Promote products and services to potential customers.
Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback.
Support the sales and operations teams with customer coordination.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling (preferably in Qatar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and call-handling systems.
Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
Strong customer service attitude and telephone etiquette.
Persuasive communication and active listening skills.
Patience and ability to handle pressure calmly.
Multitasking and time management skills.
