Job Description:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. This role requires a friendly personality, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students courteously.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage front-desk operations and maintain visitor records.
Coordinate with school departments for inquiries.
Support administrative staff when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Proficient in MS Office and communication tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
