Job Description:
Subject Teachers are responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured, and student-centered lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. They will contribute to academic planning, assessments, extracurricular activities, and overall student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver lesson plans as per the CBSE curriculum.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
Assess and record students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in school events, workshops, and meetings.
Maintain discipline, safety, and well-being of students.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory for teaching positions.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/International school preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
