Qualification & Certification:
UPDA Certified
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Interior / Construction Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 12 years overall construction experience
Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out projects
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and execute interior fit-out works
Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes and materials
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage teams and schedules effectively
