Qualification & Certification:
UPDA Certified
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Construction Engineering (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 15 years in construction
At least 8 years in planning and managing construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage construction projects
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
Ability to manage multiple teams and resources
