Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: Field experience in collecting retail and corporate debts is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Recover overdue payments from clients
Maintain accurate records of collections
Communicate professionally with customers
Skills Required:
Persuasive communication skills
Knowledge of debt collection processes
Proficiency in Arabic preferred but not mandatory
