Job Title: Assistant Workshop Manager

Location: Doha ,Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the fleet of mechanical and hydraulic machines, including drilling and anchoring machines, ABI machines, cranes, and other heavy equipment such as Klemm, Liebherr, and Bauer.
• Oversee the workshop team and ensure efficient operations and maintenance of all equipment.
• Provide technical support and expertise in troubleshooting machinery issues.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and meets safety standards.
• Implement and enforce workshop procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10 years of experience in managing mechanical and hydraulic machinery.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, with expertise in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise and lead a workshop team effectively.
• Language: Good communication skills in English.
